Massage Guns

We stock two massage guns and a vibrating roller. The TriggerPoint Impact handheld percussion massage gun ($469) has 4 speeds. The TP massage gun ($399) is the other option, and its product page lists the speeds, heads and battery details.

A massage gun delivers rapid pulses into the muscle. Most people spend a minute or two on each muscle group before or after training, keeping the head moving and staying off bones and joints. Start on the lowest speed and work up.

The vibrating massage peanut roller ($99) has a double ball shape that sits either side of the spine as you roll. For rolling without power, see foam rollers.
