Gym Rings and Suspension Trainers

Rings and suspension trainers let you train pulls, dips, push ups and core work with your own bodyweight. Wooden rings give a natural grip that holds chalk. We stock 28mm, 32mm and multi grip wooden rings at $125, plus Liveup Sport 28mm gym rings ($69). The 28mm grip is thinner and suits smaller hands.

For suspension training, pick the LivePro suspension trainer ($149), the Liveup Sports trainer ($139) or the LivePro rotational trainer ($249). Anchor to a beam, a rig or the double cross mount, and test the anchor with your full bodyweight before you lean back. An extender strap adds length for high ceilings.
