Strength bands are an excellent tool for developing technique. By looping bands around the body for specific exercises, like squats, the bands not only provide resistance but gently assist in reinforcing correct movement patterns. In a similar way, Power Bands are also a sensational rehab tool.
The strength band is simple to use, simple to care for and can be used anywhere you want to train.
The complete pack contains 7 Bands from very light to very heavy.

These strength bands are brilliant!
In combination with Calisthenics and the doorway-attachable resistance bands – I’ll be cancelling my gym membership.
The increasing resistance through the motion, all planes of motion (not just relying on gravity like you do with weights), eliciting strict form on all exercises – (fast tempo concentric, 1 sec isometric hold, slow eccentric release) I’m getting more contraction using these bands than I ever did using free weights!
