A single Lara Star ankle cuff for clipping your leg to a cable machine, in black or pink. It’s made for glute kickbacks, hip abduction, leg curls and other lower body cable work. More attachments are in our Cable Machine Attachments range.
Wrap the neoprene cuff around your ankle, close the Velcro strap and clip the cable onto the steel double D ring. The cuff has rubber padding inside and a wide strap, so it stays in place through a full set. It works with most standard cable systems and functional trainers, and with resistance bands for leg extensions and curls.
The neoprene is breathable and sweat resistant, and double stitching holds the reinforced D ring to the cuff. One cuff is enough for single leg work; buy two if you want one on each leg.
