The instability created by the balance pods engages your muscles, which aids the development of core strength.
Balance Pods can be placed under the hands or feet to increase the difficulty of exercises or can be arranged in patterns on the floor with the user moving from pod to pod maintaining balance.
The flat side can be placed down for less difficulty or rounded side down for more instability and a greater challenge.
