This cold massage stick is 49cm long, with a steel barrel filled with gel that you chill in the fridge before use. The barrel has a curved shape, and rotators at each end let it roll smoothly. It is part of our Foam Rollers and Rehab range.
Hold the stick by both ends and roll the barrel over your legs, back or shoulders with as much pressure as feels right. The gel keeps the steel cool for a good stretch of time, so you get cold and massage in one go. Many people use it after a run, a gym session or a long day on their feet.
Keep it in the fridge so it is ready when you need it. At 5cm in diameter, it gets into areas a foam roller can’t reach easily.
