These Lara Star ankle cuffs clip onto a cable machine so you can load your legs and glutes from the pulley. You get two cuffs, so switching legs between sets is quick.
Clip a cuff to the cable, fasten it around your ankle and you’re set for kickbacks, leg curls, leg extensions, hip abduction and other glute work. They fit most standard cable systems and functional trainers, and resistance bands clip on as well.
Each cuff is breathable, sweat resistant neoprene with rubber padding and a wide Velcro strap. A reinforced steel double D ring and double stitching take the load, and Lara Star rates them for up to 220lbs on a cable machine.
