Premium Quality & Strength: Our hip resistance bands are made from premium elastic materials with non-slip inner. The soft fabric feels great on your skin and the bands are wide with enough support to not roll up on your legs. It will not slip up or down during your workout.
Each band has a different resistance level due to its varying length. Also the different size bands may be better suited to certain exercises requiring more or less range of motion.
For example a size small maybe best for squats and size large maybe best for donkey kicks. The set of 3 will cover a great range of exercises.
*Size Large measures unstretched: 32cm flat or 64cm perimeter (circle) 8cm wide.
Below is a basic guide for sizing but you may require different sizes for different exercises.
Small: under 60kg of body weight
Medium: 60-80kg of body weight
Large: over 80kg of body weight
