This gym timer clock is a 6 digit wall display for gyms, CrossFit boxes and garage setups that run timed workouts. The screen is 72.5cm wide with 101.6mm digits you can read from about 30m, and you set it from an infrared remote, so nobody has to walk to the wall between rounds.

- Clock in 12 or 24 hour format, showing hours, minutes and seconds
- Count up and countdown to 99 minutes 59 seconds
- Stopwatch to 1/100 of a second, up to 99 minutes 59 seconds
- Interval timer: set the work time, rest time and number of rounds

The clock, an AC/DC adapter with a 1.2m cord, the remote, mounting brackets and instructions.
It is an indoor clock for dry rooms. Using it outdoors, near a pool or in a very humid space voids the 1 year warranty, so keep it away from open roller doors and shower areas.
