Landmine Core Trainer Insert
The Free Standing Total Core is a simple but effective ground-based rotational training device that works the entire body.
This versatile piece of kit increases explosiveness and range of motion through a variety of core strengthening and rotational training exercises.
Simply insert any 25mm or 50mm Olympic-size bar into the pivoting sleeve at the top of the unit and then insert the base into Olympic weightlifting plates as a stable base.

• Smaller tube inserts into an Olympic Plate to create an anchor/base

The landmine attachment works well. I was skeptical about the angle of the hinge, especially for rows. However i was wrong, the angle is actually perfect and the base sits at a good height so it doesn’t obstruct ROM. They delivered within a week
