Excellent for rehabilitation, fitness, flexibility and general training. Latex rubber tubes with ergonomic handles. The outer material safety sleeves are designed to protect the rubber tubing from nicks, cuts, UV damage and corrosion that occurs in everyday use as well as providing a safety stretch limit.

These are great! The large clips a plus and are very secure. The outer sleeve on each resistance bands gives me a wonderful feeling if safety that if the band were to ever break the sleeve would prevent the possible injury due to the momentum. The bands are also labeled for their strength which is really helpful. I love these bands and have purchased a second set for my friend.
