Jerk Blocks are used, among other things, in Jerk or push exercises without the need to place weights on the rack or drop them on the floor after each exercise. They can be used versatilely in several different exercises to help perform different movements side by side in pulls, grabs, partial deadlifts and Block pulls, clean/snatch, floor presses. They are also excellently suited for efficient stepping training and several jumping exercises.
Livepro Wood jerk blocks can be stacked up to 89cm and they consist of four different height blocks 6cm, 15cm 30cm and 38cm. Each block can be used individually or it can be securely stacked on top of each other, bringing a wide range of possibilities for various strength exercises.
Livepro Wood jerk blocks are made of high-quality 20mm reinforced plywood, so they can withstand the use of large weights. Each block has stoppers at both ends, which prevent the weights from rolling to the floor.

Fitness box is made of high quality multi-layer board with a thickness of 20mm, which can withstand great pressure.
