The Liveup Sport patella support is a strap that sits just below the kneecap. It’s a simple, low profile option for people who want some support around the knee while running, training or playing sport.
Wrap the strap around your leg under the kneecap and adjust it until it feels secure without digging in. A shaped pad on the inside sits over the tendon below the kneecap, and the anatomical strap is designed for a no-slip fit while you move. Put it on before you start, then check the fit again once you’ve warmed up, since a strap that felt right cold can need a small adjustment. It’s small and light, so it’s easy to keep in a kit bag.
