300cm leather rope that can be cut down to any size. Comes with 90 degree perpendicular swivel design.  Comfort-grip wooden handles are designed for an ergonomic grip.  Adjustable weights in the handles for efficient training performance.
Made from tough hard-wearing temperature resistant real leather. Naturally polished wooden ergonomic handles with nickel plated caps and a 90 degree swivel action as recommended by professional trainers/boxers for a smoother skip. Natural leather rope with weights ensures an optimum weight for skipping workouts. Weights can be easily removed, making a lighter handling rope.
Adjustment Instructions: To adjust the length of the rope unscrew the small circular screw with the tool provided at point of rope entry into the handle.  Remove rope/cut to the desired length and refit.
