These 12″ bands will allow you to choose the perfect resistance when bench pressing or when completing dead-lifts.
Also great to use for various other exercises with our Power Band Handles designed for these bands.
The bands offer minimal resistance to help you get over the “sticking point” (ex: the lowest point of a squat or bench press). Then, as you extend through your rep, the power lifting band’s tension increases gradually until you hit the top of the movement where the greatest amount of resistance will be applied.
We have 5 different size 12 inch bands available:
*Red Light Band: 5 to 15 lbs (2-7kg)
*Purple Medium Band: 20 to 35 lbs (9-16kg)
*Green Heavy Band: 30 to 50 Lbs (14-23kg)
*Blue Robust Band: 40 to 80 lbs (18-36kg)
*Orange Monster Band 50 to 120 lbs (23-54kg)
