The Rehab roller is a short, firm foam roller for self-massage: 33cm long and 12cm across, in black. It suits people who roll most days and want something firmer than a standard foam roller that is still small enough to take to the gym.
The surface is three dimensional, with raised sections of different widths, so it grips the muscle more like a pair of hands than a smooth roller does. Under the foam is a hard, hollow core, hand-wrapped in EVA foam, which keeps it firm and makes it last. Use it on the calves, quads, glutes and upper back, or pin it against a wall for the shoulders. The short length makes it easy to work one leg at a time.
