Rocktape’s BD practitioner roll is 10cm wide and 32 metres long, in black or beige. It is the size clinics and teams use when they tape a lot of people, or need wide strips for bigger areas like the lower back and thighs. It sits in our Foam Rollers and Rehab range.
This is stretchy kinesiology tape, so it supports while letting the athlete move through their full range. It stretches to 180%, and the adhesive is stickier than standard Rocktape. It is water resistant and can be worn for up to 5 days. It has no zinc oxide or latex, and the colours all behave the same.
Cut strips to length from the roll, round the corners, and apply to clean, dry skin. The 10cm width can be split lengthways if you need narrower strips.
