RPM Speed Rope.• 13cm Handles specially designed for comfort and control. • 3 meter Cable x 2.5mm thick, total 115grams. • Total weight of speed rope is 125 grams. • Easy to change lengths with thumb screw. The RPM Speed rope has a multi-directional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation.
The swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow down to suit the user’s requirements.
The ergonomically contoured handles are 13 cm long and 2.5cm in diameter to allow the user to maintain the most natural and relaxed grip. This reduces fatigue commonly experienced in the forearms and shoulders.
Each handle is hand wrapped with the most absorbent tape.
