A small green hand-held massage tool that takes the pressure off your thumbs during deep tissue and trigger point massage. It fits snugly in the hand, with a natural grip for the fingers and thumb. Use it on the neck, shoulders and back, on yourself or on a partner. It’s washable, and you can use it with massage oil or cream so it glides over the skin. Instructions for massage techniques come with it, which helps if you’re new to hands-on massage.
At 13.5cm long it’s easy to keep in a drawer or massage kit.
