The Livepro Camouflage Weight Vest fits perfectly on top of clothing and is comfortable to wear. You can use it to enhance your running, sprints and other sport-specific exercises.
The ten weight pockets of the vest are placed around the middle torso so that they can be tightened at the waist straps tightly against the torso.

As for the item amazzzinnnggggg….Im already noticing toning of back, upper/lower body as well my legs. Im a hiker/walker so im sincerely happy I have this weight vest as now I can benefit more out of my of my daily walks/hikes. So yes! Product came from Wellington to Kaikohe in 3days. Just WoW 👌 👏 😍
