Free Shipping on 3+ Items
Shipping is free to any New Zealand address, rural included, when your cart holds 3 or more items. Quantity counts, so 3 of the same item qualifies.
- Your gift doesn’t count toward the 3. With a gift in your cart you need 4 items in total.
- Heavy and bulky items are excluded, and so are quote-only items. Their product pages say “Not included in Free Shipping on 3+ Items”.
- If your cart holds any excluded item, the whole order misses out on the offer.
Shipping rates for other orders
When an order doesn’t qualify, the rate goes by the total weight of the order and by whether the address is rural. Checkout adds it up for you, and the bands are below.

Quote-only items and orders over 60 kg
Quote-only items have no set shipping rate, and neither does any order over 60 kg. At checkout, choose “Contact us to get a shipping quote” and we’ll email you a price within 2 business days. Please don’t pay until we’ve confirmed the price with you.
Dispatch
In-stock items leave our warehouse in Plimmerton, Porirua within 1-2 business days of your order. The courier then delivers to your door anywhere in New Zealand, usually 2 to 3 days after dispatch.
Gifts and store credit with your order
Spend $50 to $99.99 and you can add a gift on the cart page at no charge. The gifts are on the free gift page. Spend $100 or more and you get a store credit voucher for your next order instead.
