Boxing Bag Mounts and Hangers

Hardware for hanging a boxing bag or speed ball in a garage or home gym. We don’t sell the bags themselves. The heavy duty steel ceiling mount ($39) fixes overhead, and the boxing bag mount ($35) and LivePro boxing bag hook ($39) give you other ways to hang one. Each product page shows how that mount fixes.

A heavy bag jolts and swings with every punch, so screw the mount into a solid beam or joist. Plasterboard or a thin batten won’t hold it. If you don’t know what’s above your ceiling, ask a builder before you drill.
