Body Measuring Tapes

Tapes for tracking body measurements, for PTs with clients or for checking your own progress. A girth tape wraps around the waist, hips, arms or thighs. The NZ Fitness Gear body girth tape measure ($19) comes in black, pink or white, and the BMI calculator girth tape measure ($19) works out BMI as well.

The Seca 201 tape measure ($49) is for body circumference. The Seca 203 ($69) adds a waist to hip ratio scale.

For standing height, clinics and schools use the height measuring gauge ($49). The BMI calculator wheel ($15) turns height and body mass into a BMI figure. Body fat testing is in body fat calipers, and more tools are in fitness testing equipment.
