Dip Bars
We stock high, parallette and wall mounted dip bars. High dip bars stand on the floor and are tall enough for full dips with your legs hanging. Parallette dip bars sit lower, so they also work for push ups and L-sits. Wall mounted dip bars fix to a wall and leave the floor clear.
For home use, check the bar height against your own height and make sure the base sits flat without rocking. A wall mount is only as solid as what it’s fixed into, so screw it into studs or masonry.
Besides dips, people use them for L-sits, knee raises and bodyweight rows. For lower bars, see our parallettes, and for chin ups, our pull up bars.
