Battle Ropes and Sleds

Conditioning gear for garage gyms, boxes and outdoor sessions. The LivePro competition power rope ($349) is the battle rope here. Anchor it at its midpoint with the band/rope anchor steel mount or the eyelet attachment, and hang it on the storage hanger afterwards. A longer rope lets you stand further from the anchor, and a thicker rope is harder to grip.

The climbing rope comes in 5 or 7 metre lengths, the peg climbing board is 240cm, and the LivePro rope puller ($499) is for hand over hand pulls.
