This round bolster comes in red cotton, 66 x 24cm, filled with dense sponge so it holds its shape when you lie on it. Lie back over it for a supported chest opener, sit on it for meditation, or tuck it under your knees at the end of class. It is a Salute The Sun prop, and there is a navy blue one too.
