Hand Dynamometers

A hand dynamometer measures grip strength. The person being tested squeezes the handle as hard as they can, usually two or three times on each hand, and you record the highest reading. Compare it with published norms for their age and sex, or retest later to track change. The hand grip strength dynamometer ($95) is our testing unit for clinics, schools and gyms.

The LivePro power hand grips train grip strength, and each has a fixed resistance: 28kg, 45kg, 63kg, 90kg and 127kg, all $29.

More grip trainers are in grip strengtheners, and grip rings and finger exercisers are in hand therapy equipment.
