Rubber Gym Mats

Rubber gym mats go under racks, benches and cardio machines, and on garage floors where weights get dropped. Rubber is denser and firmer than foam, so it stands up to steel plates and machine feet. Foam tiles are better for martial arts and floor work, and you will find them under interlocking foam mats.

Both floor mats here are 15mm thick: the EPDM rubber gym mat and the standard rubber gym mat. The rubber equipment mat sits under a single piece of equipment. For Olympic lifting and heavy deadlifts there is a weight lifting platform. Other mats and flooring are under gym mats and flooring.
