This LivePro kettlebell carries 12kg in a single casting of iron, with the handle and bell formed as one piece. A 12kg bell is a common starting point for swings, and it suits goblet squats, carries and single arm presses too. See the other sizes in our Kettlebells range.
Casting it in one go leaves no welds or seams in the handle and gives a void free surface. The base is machined flat, so the bell sits still on the floor instead of wobbling. A black powder coat with a thick epoxy layer covers the whole bell, and it feels natural in the hand through swings and cleans.
If you’re building a home setup, a 12kg bell gives you room to learn the swing and the clean before moving up a size.
