This dual colour strength band is 32mm wide, the second heaviest of the five widths we list. The extra rubber gives solid help on pull ups and dips, and plenty of tension for banded good mornings or deadlifts. It is 4.5mm thick and loops to 200cm. Colours may differ from the photo.
