ActiSpine is a long massage tool shaped to follow the spine, for the upper (thoracic) and lower (lumbar) back. Small and larger trigger point spikes press into the muscles either side of the spine while you lie on it or lean back against it. It suits people who spend long days sitting and want to work on a stiff back at home.
Lying down, place ActiSpine under your upper back and make slow movements with your arms, or place it under your lower back and draw your knees up. Seated, put it between your back and the chair and lean into it. Give each position about 5 minutes, then move it along. The spikes are firm, so take it slowly the first few times.
