Green is the colour of this Liveup Sport balance disc, and it comes with a pump so you can set how firm it feels. It’s 33cm across, made of soft PVC, with small spikes on one face and a smooth face on the other. Stand, sit or kneel on it for balance and core work. Other colours sit in Balance Boards and Balance Cushions.
