This black sponge barbell pad wraps round the bar to cushion your hips in hip thrusts and glute bridges, and your shoulders in squats. It fits both 25mm and 50mm bars. Black keeps it low key next to plain plates, and the pink, blue and red versions are also listed in Barbell Collars and Bar Pads.
The Squat Barbell Pad helps the barbell sit more securely on your shoulders during your squat workouts.
Squats with either a barbell or on a smith machine are hard work from every angle.
The Squat Barbell Rack helps to spread the surface area of the load.
The contoured design also makes the barbell sit more securely on your shoulders and prevents your shoulders from extending just to keep the barbell in place.
Can be used with 25mm & 50mm bars.

Super great product. The sponge is nice and thick so it provides a lot of protection when using heavier weights. It’s also very comfortable and the non-slip texture is very good.
