Blue is one of six colours for the Cyclone Pro V1.0 speed rope. Each has a 3 metre PVC coated steel cable that you adjust at the handles. If several people train at home, a different colour each saves arguments over whose rope is set to which length. Find the rest under Skipping Ropes.
The 3 meter PVC coated steel wire is fully adjustable using a tightening/loosening mechanism on the head stock of each handle.
