These Mini Farmers Walk handles are perfect if you don’t have a lot of room.
To load them, lay them on the ground with the weight horn facing up. Then pick straight up.
The weight is balanced out so you do not need collars. Collars could be used though if doing multiple sets.
These will accept 50mm Olympic plates.
