Your standard tricep rope… But different!
Thanks to the extra thick rope and the absence of the headpieces, a lot of extra power and grip is expected from the forearms and hands. Get ready for some extra ‘meat’ on your forearms (and triceps)!
You can use the rope for a wide variety of exercises. Think of tricep extensions, face pulls, rows, curls, etc. Thanks to the included ring and carabiner you can easily attach it to any cable station.
