LivePro focus pads are moulded to the curve of the hand, so they sit comfortably on the holder while a partner throws punches at them. The padding is Santec Ultra Light Foam, a light foam that absorbs the impact of each punch and keeps the holder’s arms fresher over a long round. The outer is leather, which lasts well and is easy to wipe clean and look after.
Inside each pad is a half ball grip in the palm. The holder closes their fingers around it for a secure, comfortable hold, which makes it easier to angle the pad for jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts and to move with the boxer through combinations. They suit boxing and kickboxing coaches, personal trainers running pad sessions, and training partners working out together at home.
