Liveup Sport’s hand massage roller has a plastic handle with two swivelling rubber sections, and it’s a different shape from the Liveup Y shaped massager. Roll it over your calves, thighs or forearms after training, or at the end of a long day, pressing as firmly as feels right. More tools are in Massage Sticks and Massage Tools.
