Hip Band Livepro Size Large

At 42cm flat and 84cm around, the large is the longest LivePro hip band and the lightest in tension. The extra length gives more range for donkey kicks, fire hydrants and standing kickbacks. It is 8cm wide with a non-slip inner. The small and medium are listed in Mini Loop Bands and Booty Bands.

Each band has a different resistance level due to its varying length. Also the different size bands may be better suited to certain exercises requiring more or less range of motion.
For example a size small maybe best for squats and size large maybe best for donkey kicks. The set of 3 will cover a great range of exercises.

Below is a basic guide for sizing but you may require different sizes for different exercises.
Small: under 60kg of body weight
Medium: 60-80kg of body weight
Large: over 80kg of body weight
