Light is the easiest of our four fabric power bands, and it comes in red. The loop is 208cm long and 32mm wide, made of woven fabric and rubber, so it sits comfortably on bare skin and won’t roll. Use it for stretching, light pull up assistance or mobility work. For banded barbell lifts, use a rubber power band. See Power Bands and Pull Up Bands.
Our Fabric Power Bands are made of woven fabric & rubber, resulting in a band that is more gentle on the skin/hair, will not roll up and is virtually unbreakable. They’re washable, too.
The Fabric Power Bands are ideally used for stretching, assisted pull ups, tractioning and other settings where they will be in direct contact with the skin. An added advantage is that they are easier to unknot when choking off the band compared to traditional Rubber versions.
Available in 4 resistances – light, medium, heavy and X-Heavy – our Fabric Power Bands are ready to provide a more comfortable option for your training.
Please Note: for use with free weight exercises to provide accommodating resistance, we recommend the original Rubber 41” Power Bands- not the fabric bands.
