The Live Up Push Up Board from Liveup Sport is a foldable base with colour-coded slots, so you can move the handles and change which muscles a push-up works. It suits home workouts where there’s no room for a bench. Browse more in our Functional Training Gear range.
Each slot colour points to a muscle group. Put the handles in the orange slots for more arm work, the grey slots for shoulders, or the blue slots for chest. Changing the handle position changes the angle of each rep, so one board gives you several push-up variations.
The handles are made of PP and TPE, a non-slip and sweat resistant material. The base holds up to 100 kg and folds down for storage or to take away with you.
