The black LivePro Premium Speed Rope has a 2.5mm cable, 17cm handles and a 3m length you can adjust to your height. Bearings in the handles let the cable spin fast, which helps when you’re learning double unders. Set it so the handles reach your armpits when you stand on the middle of the cable. The blue version and other ropes are in Skipping Ropes.
