A blue version of the LivePro speed rope, with a 2.5mm cable that adjusts from 3m. The 17cm handles spin on dual bearings with a pivoting eye, so the rope turns fast and stays smooth. Skippers use it for double unders and fast singles in CrossFit sessions and boxing conditioning. The black one is also in Skipping Ropes.
