The LivePro Pro elbow sleeve is a snug neoprene sleeve for training. It is made from 5mm SCR neoprene, a denser and more durable neoprene, with a 4-way Lycra liner on the inside that feels soft against the skin and breathes better than bare neoprene.
Slide it up over your hand and forearm until it sits centred on the elbow. It should feel firm all the way round without pinching. Lifters wear sleeves like this for pressing and pulling sessions, and they also suit racquet sports, golf and other sports where you want the elbow covered and kept warm. Sleeves are sold singly, so order two if you want one for each arm.
