The red Bloom band is the Medium, at 30LB. Like the rest of the set it is a 680mm latex loop, 70mm wide. It suits people who find the lighter bands easy for glute bridges and side steps but aren’t ready for the Heavy. You can also use it for upper body pulls and stretching.
