The splint keeps the wrist firmly in a steady position, and the neoprene wrap adds firm compression around it. People wear it for desk work, typing, sleep, or any time they want the wrist kept still. Take the splint out when you want a softer, more flexible wrap.
To put it on, slide your hand in, line the splint up along the wrist, then close the straps one at a time until it feels firm but comfortable. The one-size design adjusts to fit a wide range of wrists. If you need the other side, there is a left-hand version too.
