This Liveup set gives you three mini loop bands in one pack: orange light, green medium and blue heavy. Each loop is 50mm wide and made from natural latex, and the thicker the latex, the more resistance you get. They pack flat into a gym or travel bag and work for glute bridges, side steps, clamshells and shoulder work. See more in Pilates and Yoga Bands.
Extremely light and compact, this Mini Band set is easy to carry and take anywhere and will allow you to strengthen and sculpt both your upper and lower body while targeting both core and stabilising muscles.
Whether the exercise requires a short sharp movement or sustained isometric hold, the resistance promotes an increase in contractibility of the muscle fibres.

Happy with the purchase, especially for the price. Each individual band is useful during exercise and although its needs adjustment throughout the workout due to rolling, overall very satisfied
