This Mission pack gives you two adjustable patella tendon straps, one for each knee. Each strap wraps around the leg just below the kneecap and has a pad that sits over the tendon. Choose Black/Blue, Black/Pink or Black/Grey. It is part of our Foam Rollers and Rehab range.
The anatomical strap is shaped for comfort and adjusts to a no-slip fit, so it stays put once you get moving. People wear them for running, gym sessions and sports, either on both knees or one at a time. Because it is a narrow strap, it fits easily under shorts or tights.
Put the strap on with the pad centred just below the kneecap, then tighten it until it feels snug but comfortable. One size fits most.
