A 5m roll of 5cm wide Rocktape kinesiology tape, made with athletes in mind and available in eight colours and patterns, from plain black and beige to camo green and Union Jack. It is part of our Foam Rollers and Rehab range.
Kinesiology tape is a stretchy tape that sticks to the skin and moves with you, so you keep your full range of motion. Athletes tape over a muscle group before training or competition, and many people use it during rehab too. Common spots are the shoulders, knees, lower back and calves.
For a good hold, apply it to clean, dry skin. Cut each strip to length and round the corners so they don’t catch and lift. Lay the ends down without stretch, then rub the tape to warm the adhesive. One 5m roll gives you plenty of strips for several applications.
