The Seca 762 is a mechanical flat scale with a large, easy-to-read dial. It takes loads up to 150kg, reads in 500g steps, and shows both kilograms and pounds on the same dial.
A hydraulic mechanism damps the needle, so it swings smoothly to the reading and settles without jittering. The platform is large and comfortable to stand on. Being mechanical, it runs without batteries or a power point, so you can leave it in a gym, changing room or bathroom and it is always ready. It suits trainers and coaches who record body weight as part of their fitness testing, and people who want a straightforward dial scale at home.
